The people in charge of FireFox's default keybinding should be hung upside down by their big toes.
Just about any texteditor I know has ^W (Ctrl-W) bound to 'delete last word'. But what is in in FireFox? Close current Tab!
Imagine my mood after filling a big textarea with text and then tried to delete the last word I entered...

Time to install vim on this Windows box and use it via mozex.
